More About Natalie...
My Passion
Natalie's passion for pelvic floor rehabilitation comes from her work as a physical therapist in Sonoma County, realizing the significant need for this specialized field, after seeing so many patients in need.
Her interest and passion for physical therapy as a modality comes from early work observing many physical therapists in different settings who provided pain relief and improved people’s quality of life in meaningful ways.
My Approach and Treatment Philosophy
Natalie brings her training in nutrition, fitness and anatomy to pelvic care, and integrates additional background in outpatient physical therapy to provide a grounded and evidence based approach to health and healing.
Natalie believes in physical activity and nutrition as essential components of a healthy life, and integrates this philosophy into her own life. Her hobbies include easy hikes in beautiful Sonoma County with her husband and two Shiba Inu dogs, frequenting dog parks, traveling, cooking gourmet meals, and regular Pilates on the reformer.
Most importantly, she enjoys empowering patients of every age to continue to do activities that bring them joy.
My Education and Training
Natalie received her clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles. Natalie graduated from University of Washington with a BSc in pre-medicine biology. She completed her online Master’s degree in Applied Nutrition and Fitness from Northeastern University while living in Australia.
Natalie moved to Santa Rosa / Sonoma County in 2020 as an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist. She received her education from Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation.
